Kakkosnumero työn alla

Tervehdys taas, lukijat.

WoW-lehden sivustolla on pienen hiljaiselon jälkeen kerrottavana hienoja uutisia: ensimmäinen numero löysi lukijansa, ja lukijakyselyn perusteella olette olleet myös tyytyväisiä lehteen. Lukijakyselymme kautta saimme myös selville mitä kaipaatte lisää, ja juuri näitä aiheita on luvassa kakkosnumerossa.

Sivun laitaan on nyt päivittynyt esikatsaus kakkosnumeron kannesta. Kuten näkyy, luvassa on iso annos lorea, jota erityisesti kaivattiin. Teemana ovat tällä kertaa 3.1 -päivityksen ja Ulduarin kunniaksi Titaanit ja kääpiöt. Keskitymme tällä kertaa PVE:n lisäksi myös esimerkiksi Arena-PVP:hen. Kannesta kannattaa myös huomata lehden uusi ja kaunis logo, joka on aiempaa helpompi bongata lehtihyllystä.

Toimitus on jo tietenkin täydessä työn touhussa kakkosnumeron kanssa, ja lopuksi lisäbonuksena aitoa tilannekuvaa. Testasimme tuoreen World of Warcraft -miniatyyripelin, joka ei ehtinyt kauppoihin ajoissa päästäkseen viime numeron WoW Unplugged -artikkeliin. Tanariksen autiomaassa kohtasivat verisessä taistossa Pyykkösen allyt ja Huttusen hordet. Kukako voitti? Se paljastuu lehdessä.

    Hienoa, että lehteä jatketaan! Mukavan pituinen lehti jossa puhutaan asiaa.
    Mutta vaihtakaa ihmeessä logo takaisin entisenlaiseksi, uusi ei näytä hirveän hyvältä.

    Minunkin mielestä tuo uusi logo voisi vaihtaa toisenlaiseksi, mutta kuitenkin semmoiseksi että sen huomaa :)

    Hetkonen. Vaihtakaa ihmeessä lehden logo takaisin vanhaksi, tuo uusi logo on ihan karmea, suoraan sanottuna! Itse pidän wowin logoa sen verran tyylikkäänä, että siitä ei kannata luopua. “Kannesta kannattaa myös huomata lehden uusi ja kaunis logo, joka on aiempaa helpompi bongata lehtihyllystä.” No onhan se helpompi bongata, kun se loikkaa suoraan silmille. Eikä logo ole todellakaan kaunis!

    Selvä, se siitä logon jauhamisesta. Aion ostaa toisenkin numeron, se on varma.

    Hienoa homma että jatkoa saadaan. Uusi logo on kyllä vähän ruma mutta toivottavasti lehden sisältö on samalla tasolla kuin ensimmäisessä numerossa niin hyvää tulee. :) Aprillipäivää odotellessa..

    Toivotaan että samalla tasolla pysytään jatkossakin. Mutta kuten moni muukin on jo sanonut, vaihtakaa ihmeessä tuo logo takaisin entiseen, aivan karmean näköinen.

    Huh, luulin jo, että olin ainoa, joka mietti et toi uusi logo ei millään vedä vertaa vanhalle.

    3.1 patch on kyllä nyt suuri odotus, tosin kaikki täällä on varmaan lukenut patch notet puhki. Toivottavasti lehdessä keskitytään enemmän patchin arvosteluun sun muihin kuin itse patchin sisältöön.

    Taidan olla ainoa joka tykkää tuosta uudesta logosta…? Mielestäni se on ihan tyylikkäästi tehty ja todellakin bongattavissa! Eihän lehden omilta graafikoilta voikaan odottaa aivan samaa kuin Blizzardin omilta? Ja sitäpaitsi, tämä logo osoittaa sievää yrittelijäisyyttä ja panostusta kuitenkin! Mainita kuitenkin pitänee, että tuota logoa helpommin WoWin pelaajan silmään tarttuisi se ah-niin-useasti nähty perinteinen World of Warcraft-logo :p

    Mutta hyvä kun 2. numerokin tulee!

    Jooh, no ihan kohtalainenhan tuo uusi logo on, mutta vähän amatöörimainen vaikutelma siitä jää. Pienellä viilauksella voisi siitä saada ihan hyvänkin, mutta tuollaisenaan se kyllä hieman jää ensimmäisen numeron tavallinen WoW-logon varjoon.

    Mahtava kuulla että lehteä jatketaan, vanha numero luettu about 100 kertaa läpi! Ja juu logo ei parhaasta päästä, mutta lehden sisältöhän se loppujen lopuksi merkitsee, pääasia että parannuksia tuli, ja lorea, jesh!

    Vanha logo oli kyllä mielestäni paljon parempi kuin tämä uusi, mutta silti aijon uuden lehden ostaa. Sisältö on kuitenkin tärkeämpi kuin logot ynm.

    Hienoa! Aivan varmasti ostan lehden! Komppaan nimimerkki Laysania; Wowin oma logo on jo sen verran tyylikäs, ettei kannata vaihtaa. Uusi logo on hieman liian yksinkertainen.

    Toisaalta, logolla ei sinänsä ole mitään väliä, tärkeintä on sisältö :)
